Russ's focus areas include Manufacturing Outsourcing Services, Systems Integration, IT Service Providers, Consulting Services, SCADA, Project Management, Energy Solutions, and Engineering Contractors.

 

Russ has been with ARC since 1999.  Prior to ARC, he served as President and Managing Director of a privately owned consulting firm serving the manufacturing and energy industries.  He directed EPC activities including project development and management on a turnkey basis up to $500 million.  Russ also had bottom line responsibility serving as a General Manager for an independent integrated energy company.  His responsibilities included corporate projects development and implementation, developing strategic initiatives, planning, and technical services.  His career also included positions as a division manager for multi-State operations, as well as earlier posts as refinery manager, operations manager, QC director, and supportive engineering positions. 

Russ is a graduate of Purdue University with a BS in Chemical Engineering.  He has done graduate work at the University of Pittsburgh in the MBA and Computer Science programs.
